All tickets for The Magic of Christmas are sold subject to availability and must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.

Changes to Bookings

We understand that plans can change.

Tickets may be rearranged to an alternative date or time, subject to availability, provided that:

  • The requested alternative date/time has availability

Requests made within 48 hours of your booking cannot be accommodated.

To request a change, please contact us using the details provided in your booking confirmation.

Late Arrivals

Your ticket is valid only for the selected time slot. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but this cannot be guaranteed and entry may be refused or delayed.

Non-Attendance

If you do not attend your booked time slot, your tickets will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Event Changes

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the experience where necessary.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Health & Safety

The safety and comfort of our visitors is very important to us.

The experience takes place at Middleton Hall, a historic venue. While most activities are located on the ground floor and are accessible, some areas of the site include uneven surfaces, low lighting, and period features.

Visitors are responsible for taking reasonable care while on site and for supervising children at all times.

Please follow all instructions given by staff during your visit.

For full accessibility guidance, please refer to Middleton Hall’s official access information.

Personal Property & Liability

Personal belongings are brought onto the site at your own risk.

We do not accept responsibility for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Any items left unattended on site or in the car park

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

Photography

Photography and filming may take place during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform a member of staff on arrival.

Professional photographs with Father Christmas are available at an additional cost.

Accessibility

We aim to make the experience as inclusive as possible. The majority of activities are accessible for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.

If you have specific requirements or questions, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can support your visit.
